Return your order

With all of our orders, you have the right to change your mind for up to 7 days. If you do decide to cancel, then you should put this in writing, whether by letter (a proof of postage certificate or even recorded delivery would be wise) or by e-mail:

We will refund your credit/debit card or paypal account once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 working days from date of postage).

In order to arrange a return, please contact us and inform our customer service team of your order number, the item you are returning and the reason for the return.


We will then reply with a unique returns authorisation number and the address you need to send the item to.

You'll need to package the item securely and include:

- Your order number

- The returns authorisation number

- Whether a replacement or refund is needed

- The reason why you are returning the item.


When you return your item please remember to ask the Post Office for a receipt which you should keep as proof of sending until you have received your replacement or your refund. 

To cancel an order you must return the goods to us as soon as possible. The goods do not need to be in their original packaging however in a sellable condition, and at your own cost and risk.

We can only refund postage costs if we have sent you the wrong item or if the item is faulty, within the return period. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

We will replace any faulty items with the same product, or if the product is no longer available, will refund the original card used to make the purchase, if the claim is made within the return period.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time (You must notify us via e-mail within 14 days of purchase of the defect). We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty-one (31) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.

If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If we cannot refund via the original payment then a cheque will be raised to the address on the order.
